I use the same method described in the article and although
it does use a little more memory it does have an advantage.
If you set the maximum smoothing angle to, say 40.0 degrees
then any angles along the bevel surface that happen to be
more than 40 degrees will also not smooth and that's probably
not desireable. Just a thought.
